What’s the Virus Nemesis Antiseptic
The virus Nemesis antiseptic is Non-toxic, environmental friendly , mild, high-performance neutral ions (HCIO) and with strong oxidation. What is Toner Log ?
If the “toner cartridge-A” is used, it will be replaced with “toner cartridge-B”. At this time, the toner log will have different serial numbers. When the “toner cartridge-B” is used, the toner toner log will be updated again when replaced with “toner cartridge-C”

Depending on the arrangement, MPS payment may be subscription-based or on a per-page basis. According to some other types of agreements, managed print services place each device under a monthly maintenance or management contract that includes all the consumables, pieces and parts that might be necessary to repair it. -

Guide for Common Issues
The cartridge is leaking on arrival
Please do not use the leaking cartridge into your printer. This may damage your machine; please contact your supplier for replacement. If the leaking cartridge happened during the self-refilling process; the amount of ink been refilled into the cartridge must been exceed the cartridge container capacity. Please allow the in to flow out and use tissue or cloth to absorb the ink. We Colorpoint strongly suggest using Colorpoint inkjet and toner cartridge instead of refilled kit and ink. You are not able to control the quality when you refill the ink or toner cartridge by yourself. Moreover, it may harm your health during the process without specialized refilling equipment. -
New Toner Cartridge Not Recognized by Printer
When inserting a new toner cartridge it is possible that the printer will not or does not recognize the new Colorpoint cartridge. Take the access panel of your printer off then remove the toner cartridges to get to the print head assembly. The assembly can become dirty which includes the contact points for the toner cartridges. Remove the print head assembly and refer to your owner’s manual for a detailed description.
The print head contacts should be dusted free using a can of compressed air. It would be a good idea to clean the entire assembly if there is time as this could cause other printing problems. After using the compressed air, take a small lint free cloth with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol and wipe the contacts clean. It may also behoove you to clean the contacts on the toner cartridge as well. Carefully reassemble the print head, replace the cartridges and resume printing. Should the cleaning fail to solve the problem, it may be a smart chip toner system.
Smart toner systems keep track of varying data from the toner cartridge including the toner levels. This is a great feature except that the printer, by design, will only accept cartridges with a specific chip or programming. If the printer is slightly older then replacing the fuse could over-ride the problem and reset the printer into thinking it is accepting a smart toner chip from its manufacturer. After all if the printer still won’t recognize the toner then more than likely the chip is faulty, pleas contact your supplier for replacement.
